Challenging Your Week!

It’s another week and to be more precise, another Monday. I have observed that Monday feels like mourn-day especially when you begin to think of the hustle, work piles and all that. Naturally your spirit tends to fall low at the beginning of the week and very few people in the world are excited about Mondays including me…

Well, I have discovered that the only way to start a great week is to be excited/happy about it. You’ve got to understand that being excited or happy doesn’t mean that you have no problems and you have the perfect job or life; it means that you damn all your worries and fears because you know you are stronger…because you know you will overcome eventually.

Happiness is not a feeling, it’s a choice. Have you discovered that happiness comes with energy and bloom! You discover that happy people achieve more because though their bones may be weak, their spirit is not weakened.

Another way to have a great week is to challenge yourself. How do you challenge yourself? Set goals to achieve something every week. I think that the reason most of us give a deep sigh when another week is about to begin is because our jobs may not be challenging enough. I’m not talking of stress; I’m talking about you feeling great about yourself because you achieved something you set down to do.

Lastly I’d say try to do things differently this week. Doing things the same way everytime can be boring. If you take a particular route to work everday, try finding out new routes you can take-at least you’d see new faces, shops e.t.c. Change your music playlist, eat something new, watch a movie. Just try doing new things.

I hope these few tips help in starting out this great week!
