Yes, you read the title right, Blogging may not be for certain people and yet most of the bloggers online in an attempt to make quick bucks and sell their products to all are failing to point this out. Not everything is for everyone!
Despite the above, the fact that something is not for you does not mean with the right approach and sincere spirit to learn, you cannot turn things around. This same principle applies to blogging.
Reason 1- Do you have the required patience?
First, I said blogging is not for everyone because not everyone has the patience to sit around working hard and wait for a blog to grow. I am sure by now, you would have read about certain bloggers making over $100,000 a month but what they might not have brought to your attention is how long they had to sit down and wait for these figures to start rolling in.
Blogging is for people who have patience and consistency to continue working hard even if the result they are searching for is taking time. If you do have the patience and the spirit to keep fighting, then blogging is not for you.
Look somewhere else where you can get a quick return to your input.
Reason 2-Can you produce quality content helpful to others?
If you have the patience needed to sit around and watch your little blog grow into becoming a vibrant adult, then welcome to the club of providing great content.
Having the patience is not only sufficient to get your blog there. You have to be ready to work extra and deep into the night preparing quality posts for readers you do not even have.
Reason 3- Are you ready to go on traffic hunt?
After stocking your blog with quality post, you do not simply sit around in the midst of your abundant patience waiting for your blog to grow; you have to go into traffic search.
This is another tedious work. After all, wouldn’t it be stupid to be producing quality contents which are only read by you and your 2 friends who are not anyway interested in those contents?
So you see, blogging is like any other work out there but it demands even extra patience, work, sacrifices and time. If you do not have the energy to bring yourself into the field of the above mention conditions, then blogging is not for you.
Blogging can make you rich, but a lot has to be scarified and put into it to get you there.
Do not dwell solely on the thousands of dollars other bloggers are making, also consider the extreme work they are putting in and then decide, if blogging is really for you.
